Tricia Robinson was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. She received a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2003. Tricia has also obtained licensures as a licensed Risk Manager and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Tricia has proudly served the Long Term Care industry for over 25 years.
She has worked in many positions, from being a Certified Nursing Assistant to a Registered Nurse. Tricia has held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Nursing Services, Regional Director of Clinical Services, Regional Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and most recently President and CEO of the Avante Group in December of 2018. Tricia is an active participant with the Florida Healthcare Association serving on several key committees such as Our Florida Promise and the Quality Cabinet. Tricia has a passion for innovation and quality in the healthcare setting and leads the Avante team to clinical and operational successes.
MARCUS BOWENS Chief Financial Officer

Marcus is a financial and operational healthcare executive whose objective is to contribute strong leadership, strategic planning, business expertise in a multi-facility environment, and culling underlying details from the big-picture to re-direct strategic initiatives to maximize patient care.
Prior to joining Avante Group, he was the Executive Director of Financial Reporting at Pruitthealth. Marcus played a crucial role in their success ranging from audit oversight, internal control, process automation, acquisitions and integrations, and financial due diligence within a multi-divisional one-billion-dollar corporation.
Marcus has proven his capacity to build, train, develop, and manage teams, cultivating a collaborative and cohesive team environment that inspires high-performance. He is also well known for his ability to design internal controls and improving all financial achievements.
KIMBERLY BIEGASIEWICZCHIEF NURSING OFFICER
Kimberly Biegasiewicz was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She received her Bachelors of Arts in 2008 from St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue, NY, majoring in History with a minor in political science. Following in her mom’s footsteps and several other relatives near and dear to her, she decided to begin prerequisite courses for her Nursing degree in her senior year of college. In 2011, Kimberly achieved her associate’s in applied science for Nursing. In 2013, Kimberly followed her family to Florida and began her career in Long Term Care as a floor nurse and quickly moved up the ranks holding positions such as 3-11 supervisor, Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Regional Director of Clinical Services.
In December of 2018, Kimberly was presented with the opportunity to lead the Avante Group's clinical team as the Vice President of Clinical Services, all while continuing her education and graduating with her Masters in Health Care Administration from Ashford University. In 2021, Kimberly was presented with the opportunity to serve as the Chief Nursing Office at Avante Group. Kimberly has served on the board for FADONA from 2015-2020 in various positions, including the Regional Vice President Role and the most recent Secretary for the organization. She also is actively involved in FHCA on numerous committees, including Senior Clinicians, The Publications Committee, the FCAL committee, and the Survey and Regulations Committee. In 2020, she was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Florida Board of Nursing Home Administrators

Varun Ragbir joined Avante in July of 2018 and brings over 16 years of IT experience to his role, with 12 of those years being in a department leadership capacity. As the Chief Information Officer, Varun is responsible for ensuring the Technology systems are integrated to meet the organization's operational, business and clinical needs. Avante has implemented many initiatives that require employees to utilize technology to care for Avante's clients, patients, and employees. As a result, the IT department's role has been critical to develop, train, and support these initiatives.
Under Varun's leadership, the IT department has made significant enhancements to network infrastructure, help desk support, and customer service that supports a workforce utilizing some of the latest technology within the Long-Term Care and Skilling Nursing industry. Working with Senior Management, Varun has delivered a corporate IT solution that is cost-conscious and results-driven.
Prior to Avante, Varun served in various IT positions, including IT Consultant to multiple addictions & Dual Diagnosis organization, Chief Technology Officer, Director of IT, Enterprise Systems Engineer, Junior Developer, and Junior Administrator.
BRIAN SMITH Regional VP of Operations

Brian Smith was born and raised in Three Rivers, MI. Brian moved to Florida and began working in Long-Term care in 2008 as a Rehab Tech and then took over as Rehab Coordinator in 2009 in which he ran the therapy department for a 180-bed facility. Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration in 2013 from Rasmussen College in Ocala, FL.
Brian completed his Administrator-in-Training in 2013 and began working as an Assistant Administrator. In 2014, he became the Executive Director for a 154-bed facility. He was then promoted to the company’s flagship facility, where he was the Senior Executive Director for a Medicare only facility and was given the opportunity to train other Executive Directors. In 2019, Brian was presented with the opportunity to be a Regional Vice President of Operations for the Avante Group overseeing 6 of the 13 facilities. In January of 2020, he was presented with becoming the Regional VP of Operations for the entire organization.
JOHN HORNACK VP of HR and General Counsel

John C. Hornack was born and raised in Chicago, IL. He received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1993, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Economics. He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Law after completing his third-year visiting law student status at Florida State University College of Law in 1997. John served both on active duty and in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) attorney, receiving an Honorable Discharge in February 2019 after twenty (20) years of service, retiring rank of Major.
John practiced law for many years in private practice for law firms in South Florida before joining Avante Group in January 2016 as a Staff Attorney in the Legal Department. John has served in several roles here at Avante Group, with his most recent promotion in early 2019 to his combined position as Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel for the company.

With more than 15 years of construction experience, Bill has worked on various commercial and residential projects. Bill has been with Avante for five years and serves as an active member of the Florida Healthcare Association Life Safety Board and the Florida Healthcare Association Emergency Preparedness Committee. He holds his NFPA 101 Certification, as well as his OSHA certification. He is tirelessly dedicated to the health and safety of Avante's residents and staff. Bill will always go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the highest level of service.
DAN COGGINS Corporate Compliance Officer

Daniel Coggins was born and raised in Shadyside, Ohio, and became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in January 1991. He has operated facilities in Ohio, WV, VA, FL, and has operated skilled rehabilitation centers ranging from 50 – 299 beds and moved to Florida in 2010. Dan has been employed at Avante Group Inc. since February 2019 as a Regional VP of Operations and now as the Corporate Compliance Officer.
Daniel holds a Master’s in Health Administration from Ohio University, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, a BS in Accounting from Wheeling Jesuit University, and Certifications in Physician Practice Management & Corporate Compliance. Daniel has also owned his consulting practice in behavioral/mental health services.
