Admissions

From start to finish, we're here for you

Where to Begin?

We understand that moving can be stressful, and that’s why we make ourselves readily available to answer any questions that you may have. At Avante, we offer three levels of care: Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Our residents come from local hospitals or right from their home.

Please speak with one of our admissions specialists about what residence is best for you or your loved one. We are available 24/7 to answer any questions that you may have about Avante services. Whether you are staying for a short visit or moving in, our job is to help make it a smooth transition.

Three levels of care to remember

Listed below are the three levels of care Avante offers in Florida. Each has a description of the services provided at their residences. Once you decide which one you would like more information about, give us a call, and we will walk you through the admissions process. You can also email us at info@avantegroup.com or call us directly at 1-407-216-0101.
