Natasha Negron is the executive director for Avante at St. Cloud. Natasha has been part of the Avante team since July 2020. She began her journey with Avante serving in the role of Assistant Administrator. From there, she grew into a dynamic and passionate leader as she traveled around the state to assist in operational duties in several Avante centers. She has excelled in areas like customer service and setting new standards to achieve excellent outcomes in the centers. As she continues her journey, she is committed to fulfilling the needs of long-term care communities and making a difference in the lives of her residents and staff.
Natasha holds a B.S. in Health Science and B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida. The reason behind her commitment to serving the elderly communities is her grandmother, who once was a resident at a nursing facility.
