I joined the team at Avante at Leesburg in 2019. I have been in the long-term care field since 2012 with a degree in healthcare management and a background in admissions and marketing. I started my admissions career and then discovered my true passion when my grandparents required long-term care placement. I became a family member on the other side. I wanted to become a nursing home administrator with a compassionate team that strives for person-centered care through my personal experience. I am dedicated to empowering my employees to strive daily for exceptional customer service and growth.
The highlight of my day is when I can spend one on one time with our residents, sharing stories of their past. When I am not spending time getting to know our residents, I spend time with my husband and three beautiful daughters.
