Nashika Jackson Ogilvia
Nashika Jackson Ogilvie is the Senior Executive Director at Avante at Lake Worth, Florida. She joined the Avante team in August 2021 and has been in health care for 26 years and in Long Term Care for 19 years. Nashika began her career in Long-Term Care as an Admissions Coordinator in 2003 and volunteered at a local nursing home as a teenager. She then went on to become a Licensed Nursing home Administrator in 2007.
Nashika received my bachelorette in Health Service Administration from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and her master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Health Services from Lynn University. She's been featured in Who's Who and is a member of the Florida Health Care Survey and Regulatory committee and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Nashika's experience of nineteen (19) plus years in Long Term Care (LTC) has spanned multiple positions, ranging from Admissions Coordinator, Admissions Director, Marketing Director, Assisted Living Executive Director, and Skilled Nursing Administrator. She has worked in standalone Skilled Nursing Facilities and the continuum of care CCRC setting.

Christian Cooper
Director of NursingChristian Cooper, RN, is the Director of Nursing at Avante at Lake Worth, Florida, and joined the team in November 2014. Christian has been in healthcare for 8+ years and began his career in Long-Term Care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). He attended nursing school at Medvance and then progressed to HCI college to obtain his associate degree in nursing to become a Registered Nurse (RN). Prior to becoming a nurse, Christian was a telecommunication specialist at Comcast, and dealing with family members' health care concerns, prompted his healthcare calling. Avante was his first nursing job, and he has spent most of his nursing career with the Avante team.
One of Christian's reasons to continuously work at Avante is the relationships he's cultivated with residents and staff and has grown in his professional career due to opportunities. In his role at Avante at Lake worth, Christian has made quality clinical care a priority, as evidenced by their improvement in quality measures rating from a 3 star to a 5 star.
